The Progressive Workers Union Sierra Club Units Steering Committee is excited to announce it has made its final endorsements for the 2025 Sierra Club Board of Director Elections:
These candidates were recommended by the Board Endorsement Committee based on feedback from members and ranking criteria on a series of questions.
We are again grateful for all candidates for their contributions and for stepping up to run. Many other candidates gave great answers in our forum, so choosing these final five endorsements wasn’t easy. Ultimately, we decided to endorse only five candidates for five slots to maximize our impact. We also decided that we could not endorse any incumbent candidates due to the board’s poor record on labor relations in the past year.
